Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how Geemaps Accessibility ("we", "us") issues refunds for setup fees, annual hosting, and add-on services purchased on accessibility.geemaps.co.il.

1. Setup Fees — 14-Day Pre-Delivery Refund

If you have paid the setup fee and we have not yet delivered the configured accessibility overlay, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. Email agency@geemaps.co.il with your order ID — we process refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

2. Setup Fees — After Delivery

Once the accessibility overlay has been deployed to your Matterport tour and the tour is live, the setup fee is non-refundable, since the work product has been delivered. We will, in good faith, work with you to resolve any quality issues at no extra cost during the first 30 days post-launch.

3. Annual Hosting

Hosting for the first 12 months following setup delivery is included at no charge. Annual hosting fees of $50 begin from year 2 onward, are paid upfront, and cover 12 months of overlay hosting, monitoring, and infrastructure. If you cancel after year 1:

  • Cancellation within 14 days of the renewal charge: full refund.
  • Cancellation after 14 days: pro-rated refund of unused months, minus a 20% administrative fee.

To cancel, email agency@geemaps.co.il at least 14 days before your renewal date.

4. Add-Ons (Extra Hotspots, Languages, Coordinate Mapping)

Add-ons paid as one-time fees follow the same rule as setup fees: full refund within 14 days if not delivered, non-refundable once delivered.

5. Failure to Deliver

If we cannot deliver your overlay due to factors within our control (e.g., infrastructure issue, scheduling failure on our side), you are entitled to a full refund regardless of how much time has passed.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of your hosting subscription. We always prefer to resolve disputes directly.

7. Refund Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or other processor used at checkout) within 5 business days of approval. Bank-side processing time may add 3–10 additional days.

8. Exceptions

  • Custom development beyond the standard tier (40+ hotspots, custom integrations) is sold on a separate Statement of Work; refund terms are defined in that SoW.
  • Services rendered in violation of our Terms of Service are non-refundable.
