Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 April 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Geemaps Accessibility ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when using accessibility.geemaps.co.il and related services.

1. Data We Collect

  • Contact information: name, email, company, phone, submitted via the intake form or email correspondence.
  • Project data: Matterport tour URLs, hotspot coordinates, captions, and any media you upload for accessibility processing.
  • Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we receive transaction confirmations and billing details but do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage analytics: aggregated, anonymized analytics on how the overlay is used (page views, language selections) to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver and operate the accessibility overlay you purchased.
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, deployment notifications, renewal reminders).
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process personal data on the following legal bases: (a) performance of our contract with you; (b) compliance with legal obligations; (c) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service; (d) your consent, where required.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service:

  • Hosting / infrastructure: Vercel (deployment) and Supabase (database).
  • Payment processing: our payment provider (Paddle, PayPal, or similar), they act as Merchant of Record where applicable and have their own privacy policies.
  • Email delivery: Google Workspace (Gmail SMTP) for transactional email.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. Data Retention

We retain customer records for as long as the hosting subscription is active, plus 7 years thereafter to meet Israeli tax-record requirements. You may request earlier deletion of non-financial data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent or object to processing. Email agency@geemaps.co.il with your request, we respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies: a small set required for core site functionality (e.g. remembering your cookie choice). These are always on and need no consent.

Analytics cookies (consent required): with your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, traffic source). These cookies are set only after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner; until then no analytics cookies are stored. We run Google Consent Mode v2 and request IP anonymisation.

Aggregate, cookieless traffic measurement is also provided by Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which set no cookies and do not identify you.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Manage cookie preferences, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

8. International Transfers

Our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, Google) may store data outside Israel. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Security

We use HTTPS for all data transmission, encrypt secrets at rest, and limit access to customer data on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering a breach involving personal data.

10. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

12. Contact
