STEP 01 / 07

Your Contact Info

Tell us who you are so we can follow up.

STEP 02 / 07

Your Matterport Tour

We need your tour credentials to build the overlay.

Where to find these: Log in to your Matterport account. Your Model ID is the code after ?m= in your tour URL. Your SDK Application Key comes from the Matterport Developer Portal.
Found in your Matterport dashboard URL: my.matterport.com/show/?m=jgAAfHrEWhM
How to get your SDK Application Key (step-by-step)
  1. Go to developers.matterport.com and sign in with your Matterport account.
  2. Go to Settings on the left menu, click Developer Tools, then in SDK Key Management press + Add an SDK Key.
  3. Give it a name (e.g. "Museum Accessibility") and set the domain to the URL where your accessible tour will be hosted (e.g. yourmuseum.vercel.app or your own domain). You can update this later.
  4. Click Save / Create — your Application Key (a long string like 5ebfy18wwi0dyqxh1e3y07pkc) will appear on the application page.
  5. Copy that key and paste it into the field above.

Important: Without this key the overlay cannot connect to your Matterport tour. The key is free and takes about 5 minutes to generate.

STEP 03 / 07

Languages & Hotspots

Tell us the scope of your accessibility overlay.

Each hotspot = one interactive info button placed in your 3D tour. Starter: up to 10 · Professional: up to 30 · Enterprise: unlimited.

STEP 04 / 07

Branding & Deployment

Your logo and where your accessible tour will live.

The language shown by default when visitors arrive.
Leave blank — we'll deploy to a free Vercel subdomain like yourmuseum-accessibility.vercel.app

STEP 05 / 07

Your Tour Content

We'll walk you through exactly what we need. Most customers take 30–60 minutes to prepare this — and we're here to help.

Not ready yet? No problem — complete the form and send your content separately to agency@geemaps.co.il. We won't start building until we have everything, so take your time.
01

📍 Hotspot Information (required)

A title and description for each info button in your tour, in every language you chose.

How to prepare your hotspot content ▾

What a hotspot is: Each hotspot is an info button (ℹ) that floats inside your 3D tour. When a visitor clicks it, a panel opens showing a title, description, and optional audio. Think of it like a museum label.

What we need for each hotspot:

  • Title — a short name, e.g. "Steam Locomotive 1892"
  • Description — 2–5 sentences describing what the visitor is looking at
  • Both in every language you selected in Step 3

Easiest way to prepare:

  1. Open a Google Doc or Word file
  2. Write one section per hotspot: Hotspot 1 — Hebrew title / Hebrew description / English title / English description…
  3. Download as a .docx or .pdf and upload below, or paste directly into the text box

Alternatively — download our Excel/CSV template, fill it in, and upload it:

Use any format that's clear to you — we'll read it and set up your hotspots accordingly.

Or upload a file (Word, PDF, CSV, ZIP)

How to add tags in Matterport Studio

  1. Open your model in Matterport Studio (the Edit view)
  2. Click the Mattertag icon in the left toolbar (speech-bubble icon)
  3. Click Add Tag — your cursor turns into a crosshair
  4. Click any surface in the 3D tour to place a tag at that exact position
  5. Give each tag a label matching your hotspot ID (e.g. HS1, HS2, …)
  6. Save your model — the tag positions are now permanently stored
Open Matterport Studio →

Tags you place in Studio are automatically read by our system — no extra files needed.

02

📝 Room Captions (optional but recommended)

A short label shown at the bottom of the screen as visitors move through each area of your tour.

How to prepare your room captions ▾

What captions look like: As a visitor navigates into a new room, a small caption bar at the bottom updates to say something like "Locomotive Engine Room" or "Third-Class Passenger Carriage".

What we need: A name for each distinct room or area in your tour, in every language. If your tour has 15 rooms, that's 15 caption entries × the number of languages.

How to prepare — option A (easiest):

  1. Walk through your Matterport tour
  2. Write down the name of each room/area as you encounter it
  3. List them in any order — we'll match them to the tour automatically

How to prepare — option B (template):

  1. Download our captions template below
  2. The left column has room IDs — we can fill those in for you, just leave them blank
  3. Fill in the room name in each language column

Or upload a file

Prefer to add captions directly inside your tour? Use our interactive caption tool.

Opens with your Model ID & SDK Key pre-filled from Step 2

03

🔊 Audio Narration (optional)

MP3 recordings that play when a visitor opens a hotspot. One per hotspot per language.

How to provide audio files ▾

What audio narration looks like: Inside each hotspot panel, a small audio player appears. Visitors press play to hear a narration of the content in their chosen language.

How to record: Any smartphone voice memo app works. Aim for 30–90 seconds per hotspot. Export as MP3.

How to share the files with us — choose one:

  • Option A: Upload your MP3 files to Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer and share the link in the box below
  • Option B: Upload them to your own website/server and list the URLs in our template
  • Option C: Send the files directly to agency@geemaps.co.il — we'll host them for you

Or upload a CSV with URLs
